We’ve won a CivTech project to build an AI-powered client prioritisation system. HelpFirst gives organisational peace of mind that: 

• Cases are being triaged at scale for vulnerability and safeguarding

• At-risk customers are getting priority support within appropriate time parameters

• Caseworkers are being effectively utilised resolving cases rather than triaging
